Insert from bond paper copy

Is there any way to get a file from a bond paper copy into an AutoCadLT dwg file. If I can't insert or import a tif scan, is there another way to do this?

Scan it in to a vector-based file, carefully check line work and dimensions.

Look at the drawing and see if it wouldn't be just as quick to simply draw it.
