Is there any program or quick way to convert .dgn's to .dwg's and vice versa.
I'm pulling my hair out here!

BTW. I'm using AutoCAD 2002 and converting to Microstation V8.

As for MicroStation ... you can open DWGs straight from MicroStation.

not anything above release 2000, though, right? I've constantly had to either convert mine to 2000 or have someone else convert them for me.

The higher the version of MicroStation the better it works with higher versions of AutoCAD. MicroStation V8 can open AutoCAD 2005.

Really? So if V8 can open 2005, it should be able to open 2004, right? I wonder if they know that.........the microstation users are on V8 - that sorta irritates me! :evil:

Do a search on your machine for this file. (DwgCvt.exe)
It should be part of your migations tools.

It's a BATCH converter.

Reet. That's sorted out the Microstation to CAD which was the most important issue. I can save them back to Microstation as I go. Not such a problem anymore.
