stretching associative dimensions with object

Is there a setting to stretch associative dimensions with the object? When I stretch my object, the dimension will just moves and then I have to use the grips to update there location. I want it to stretch all at the same time like it did in the previous version of AutoCAD.

(enter key)

then delete the dim and re-dimension it again ....
That should do it.
