how to get autolisp interface to C++ programing

hi

i am doing a thesis work on autocad user interface using autolisp.i want to get geometrical parametrs (eg:length and width of rectangle formed in a drawing sheet in autocad)using autolisp program into a C++ program which uses these parametrs in an algorithm.
how to get this interface?
if any one know about this please inform me about the procedure.
