Are they as sweet as they seem?

Easily as sweet as they seem.. And reassuringly heavy too!

I got a Japanese psp but its all in english.
Plus if you do a bit of searching you can download new firmware that lets you do all sorts of things Sony dissaprove of.

oh that's right!!!!!!!!! someone had mentioned that when I asked about what game system I should get for my little Elvis impersonator. no, I haven't gotten one for him yet - my health issues nixxed that one for me. with his summer vacation starting this Fri, though, it would have been nice to have something for him other than his gameboy. soon - I keep telling myself soon I'll have something for him.

The Nintendo handheld the DS (dual screen) is very competatively priced and has a lot of games suitable for the younger generation. It also has a touch screen which is popular with the youngsters.

I'd reccomend you consider it if you're thinking of a replacement for the game boy.

They cost around £90 over here.

It's summer! Get the kid a bike, or a scateboard or something with wheels. Shoot how about sending him to a camp? Boy Scouts? A build-it-your-self Remote-control car? A tent, a Backpack, and a ?

Stunt kites are pretty cool.

I too used to only tan in the warm glow of a TV or CRT, but I realized one day that I had nothing interesting to talk about to normal "people". Nobody cared what level my Final Fantasy characters were, that I could beat the last level of Quake III without cheating, and most people don’t even know you can win Sim City 2000.

So between this realization or maybe my wife’s incessant nagging, I am now able to keep someone captivated with interesting stories while speaking to them. And I think I’m developing a nice brown skin cancer on my right arm... about three inches below my elbow... :?

Hey that web page has my kite on it!

y'all make me laugh! did you forget that we are scouts???????? we camp all the time!!!!!!!!! I'm talking about for when he's stuck with a sitter while I'm here at work.
he can't ride a bike due to his vision issues, he is currently learning how to rollerblade, though. I had thought about a wrestling camp for the summer, but getting him there would be an issue.
sending him to camp around here is waaaaaaaay too expensive, & again - transportation issues. I work so much earlier than some of those things start in the morning, & I DEFINITELY can't depend on the ****-freak-ex-husband to do anything other than sit in front of a TV with him!!!!!!!!! munchkin loves books, so there's another thing for him to do, he's good at art, but I was looking into a game system just for something different. kites are something we've been looking into, though. there's a REALLY cool store that we go to every once in a while. I just can't fly a kite for beans!!!!!!!!!
thanks for the input, Tony, & I think I will look into that nintendo thingy, too.........

no, unfortunately, no matter how hard I try, I can't get a kite to fly nicely - it's always sporadic! we also don't have "good breezes" around here. either there's no breeze, or the winds are blowing around 30mph or more!
