The ToolPalette is useful in Autocad.
Does anyone know how to edit a Toolpalette
EX: I've a database - Database.mdb - I wana build a private Palette from Database.md, that's mean I can change my ToolPalette form this database
Struct of ToolPalette file is the same struct XML file.

My idea is mean:
I've some subject, with a subject i've a group of layer- I call that's standard layer (I alway use this group layer for the next time when I've a new drawing ). I've a program for Update, Addnew, Delete this layer database. Now I wana a tool to edit ToolPalette from layer database.
