Well it sure seems funny that when I loaded XP service pack 2 I can't save anything as a .dxf. Anyone else have that problem ?

What kind of problems do you get?
Does AutoCAD crash? Or is the DXF option totally disappeared? If so reinstall AutoCAD. And make sure to disable "Norton Anti-Virus" before installing.
