osnaps turning off

well here is another one. I have a problem when ever i use my program to bring in steel shapes from a struct. drafting program my osnaps turn off and i have to go back in and reset them. this is more of just a frustration issue, but does anybody have any ideas on how to stop.

sounds like ther is a lisp routine turning the snapas off and not resetting them.
you have to find the offending lisp and add the appropriate code or contact the vendor adn ask them to correct the routine.
