quick leader text mirroring problem

Does anyone know why text may not mirror corectly. It seems to want to go back to the world ucs orientation.

I have tried turning MIRRTEXT to 1 and 0.

Could you elaborate on what the text is doing when mirrored under the different mirrtext options?
