View Full Version : UPLOAD my old "acad.pgp" file on 2005

I cant upload my shurt cuts configuration on version 2005. I have made it like in old version 2000, but it doesnt take any efect!

CAN YOU HELP-ME ?!

8) I velieve you need to place in the Autocad folder located under your login...

Not under the installation.

More:
AutoCAD 2004 based products have changed the default support path settings from previous AutoCAD versions. AutoLib needs to add its entry into the ACAD.PGP file. Select BROWSE to locate the ACAD.PGP file. By default, the location of this file is at:

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2004\R16.0\enu\Support

Does this drive anyone else crazy? I mean why would they bury it so deep. Has anyone else notice (on a single install) that if you add a new user to a machine, the new user doesn't get their own new path and profile. :evil: For some godforsaken reason the have to use the original users support directory. :evil: Good luck changing it!
