make the letter O realy the letter O

When i make the exploded letter O bigger i want the letter O stil to be round and not that the lines to get bigger.

I get a blocked O but i want a round O which programm do i need?????

When you "explode" fonts ... you'll get line segments if this is how the font was originally made.

CSIarch uploaded some fonts here which are supposedly better made.
Look under the upload/ download library.

Try his fonts. I believe they should explode with curves.

After reading the OP again, seems that the reference to "blocked" could be interpreted as line segments which is common to AutoCad bundled fonts like RomanS, RomanD and RomanC.

As architech mentioned, when you explode a font defined with line segments instead of true arcs, you'll be left with line segments. In reality, the original characters were never curved...they just looked like they were. If plotted at a height more than about 3/8" (9mm), the segments begin to appear prominently.
