UGRENT, Please help, can't open

I am using AutoCAD 2000, with windows 2000.
I have some AutoCad 2005 drawings, when I open from my AutoCAD 2000, it said "Drawing file was created by an incompatible version".
Is there anyone can tell me how can I open the drawings???

Thanks, but when I try to install "Autodesk Batch Drawing Converter"
from the link you provided, it needs AutoCad 2004 in order to install. However, I only have AutoCad 2000.
How should I make it work??

but i can't read the language in that program, looks like to me is French.... do you have an English verion of that program?
