Cntl Functions & F-keys

For some reason my ctrl funtions are not working in Autocad, also the
F-keys are not working either. Can Anyone help with this?

Did you check your options?
.. make sure the "windows accelerater ..... " is checked on ... :?:

Yes the "windows accelerater" is checked. It turns out he the only
ctrl-X, -C, & -V don't waork.

jt: Do these keys work in other programs? (Like Word?)

Check your keyboard connection...PS or USB? Ensure that your connector is well seated.

Swap keyboards and check again before pursuing more esoteric solutions.

The Ctrl-X, -C, & -V work in other programs just not AutoCAD.

8) are there any programs runing on top of autocad (add ons)?..
You may need to recompile the acad menu.

The same thing happened to me after I installed something called DOCBAR.shx. I'm not sure if this is really the cause but I cant use them now either and its a right pain in the ( ! )
