anyone know of any way to put an excel spreadsheet in autocad?

In excel Edit->Copy your spread sheet then...
In autocad look at the options under Edit->Paste Special.

out of curiosity, which version are you on? months ago, we'd tried what VCD said in 2004 & it didn't work.........I hear the transfer of info is supposed to better in 2005, though.
