Lost standard toolbars

Hi

I'm Architect from Pune, India. Just now I've registered this forum.
And here goes my first query >>

I lost all the toolbars from my developer view. Pls see attachment.
By mistake I clicked on "Reset" button which is available on the following navigation. (Approx)

Tools >> Preferences >> Profile >> Reset

Can someone help me how I can restore standard toolbars?

Type in menuload into the command prompt, then click browse to the autocad SUPPORT folder if not already there and select the acad.mnu or acad.mns...then click the load button to reload the menu...
