Lines

I have AutoCad 2004 LT. I was going along smoothly with my drawing when all of a sudden my lines don't show up. WHen I click the "line" icon, I draw a line, yet nothing appears. It's like a accidently hit something on the prompt. I have now copied the drawing over to a new drawing, but I would like to keep the original drawing....If this makes any sense, could someone help me out?

8) Sounds like the the layer is turned OFF....it is possible to work a layer that is turned OFF, so like in your case if you draw a line it won't show on screen..but it has drawn it...

Turning the layer back on will reveal these lines.

... can You post a part of the *.dwg? Normally it's a 3d-problem, but You have LT?!? :? :?

Well, the layer of my drawing was turned on and i finally copied the drawing into a new one and it works fine! Thanks for your help, but I still would of like to known what the problem is. IF you have anymore solutions to this problem I would definately like to know! THANKS!

P.S. I would love to send a part of dwg, but it is a confidential drawing.
