Contours

I want to put a contour in a cylinder. I extrude a 4 in dia. cylinder. I extrude a 1 in dia cylinder. I place the 1 in cylinder in the center of the 4 in cylinder. The 1 in cylinder is longer than the 4 in. Placing the 1 in cylinder so it is centered but sticking out of both ends of the 4 in. I subtract the 4 in from the 1in to creat a 1 in hole through the 4 in cylinder. Now, I would like to contour one end of the new 4 in cylinder. From the outside edge of the 4 in dia I want a radius to go to the edge of the 1 in hole, 2 inches deep into the 4 in cylinder. Not sure if I am describing this right, I can get contours in square or rectangle objects but the cylinder is more challenging.

Kinda like a radius fillet to the center

8) Sounds like you need to use a TORUS and subtract that from remaining solid
