Hide Question

I ahven't worked in AutoCAD in 3-D in a while so this seems like a stupid question, but I need to ask. I used the Hide command to view my construction and now I can't turn it off. I had thought regenerating the drawing would do so, but it hasn't. Any help?

Type SHADEMODE into the command prompt, then type 2D wireframe to get back a basic 2D view.
The other option is to do the same thru the VIEW menu, then go to SHADE and chose the option you require
