unwanted file size increase

why when updating a 3d model in architectural desktop 2004 does the file size jump from 1400kb upto 4000kb when all i've done is added a wall or an opening? also does anyone know anything about superpurge?

what about the layer filters? Go to layer-properties-manager and look in the named layer filter box.

THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED, ALL I HAD TO DO WAS TURN OFF THE PROXYGRAPHICS AND THE FILE SIZE REDUCED SIGNIFICANTLY! :lol:
