This question comes up from time to time for new users. :roll:
How do you fade in AutoCAD?
How do you make grey tones?

This is how we have our CTB file setup for grey tone/ fade.
NOTE:
The only colors designated for this ... are colors 251, 252, 253, 254 .... and that's it. All others are set to black.
ALSO NOTE:
By having 251, 252, 253, 254 set as the color settings under each color number, you now have 4 different grey shades.
More options for your CAD designers.
