Express Tools: ACET-ERROR-INIT

I have AutoCAD 2005 and Express Tools loads fine. When I try to use any of the commands I get this error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and all the routines are where they should be. can anybody help?

hi...rcardozo.. i guess u working with a big AutoCAD file..while loading file DONT PRESS "Esc" button..once u press then express tools will not work. close the Dwg and open again..if express dosent load Automatic Type EXPRESSTOOLS. try with small files.
