Plotting different in viewports

Help!

I can't get my viewports to look the same on a plot (they are x-refed so there's no reason I can think of). What happens is that one viewport will be fine with my set .ctb files and the other is faded. The lines also come out dotted sometimes and a word will half fade and half bold!!!! We are a multi disciplinary firm on 2005 Lt and never had this problem. We have been fading back for 10 years. What am I forgetting to change or check?

I would look at the MVIEW command.

Recently I've seen many posts about viewports not matching.
Here in this forum (A-Every..)and other forums (no comment) .....

Try turning the hide plot option off within the mview command.
TCARPENTER just suggested the same thing on another board (Ak5) ...

Just a guess .... so sorry in advance if it doesn't help. :?

I did try that. The setting was already 'as displayed'. When I change it to hide, I loose all my fill and everything is two lines. Any other suggestions.

I do appreciate the answer tho.
