autocad was running on win 98 2nd edition. I installed win xp pro professional over top of it. The architect said cad was operating fine until I installed xp pro. he says cad is operating rough, not clean and fluid. The cross bar that is used for navigation keeps having intermitent blinking serges happening to it? It flashes? Im not really sure how to explain it. Also when the architect creates a square or any kind of object using the cross bar pointer thing the objects are jumping not smooth lines being created. What is going on? Today is June 5 I need an answer before the 6th because the architect is meeting w/ a client and says this problem is affecting his ability to create/use autocad...
