So we need a start.

Open your CUSTOM.PAT .... in NOTEPAD...
Select all ... cut...

Open the ACAD.pat... in NOTEPAD....
paste... and save... at the end of patterns in ACAD.PAT

Man,
which one... More informations.
You search for the acad.pat -> open it with notepad -> copy the two hatches inside a new file - new name like "chandcct.pat" ...

You are not kidding?

You have merge the two hatches in notpad. -> save as yourhatchname.pat -> move this file into your acad support path.
