cut & paste

when i cut some entities for one file & paste it in other file
the pasted entities goes at some vague corner of the file & is
difficult to locate them . any solutions ?

Use"edit" & "copy with base point" method instead.

Also, make sure your UCS is oriented the same way in both drawings. If one drawing has UCS set to World and the other drawing has the UCS rotated, you will experience the problem you mentioned when trying to copy and paste between the two drawings.
