export 3ds files

hello guys ,can anyone tell me how can export a 3ds file with autocad 2007?
i know the command at 2004 (3dsout) but at 2007 doesnot exist...

What program will you be exporting this drawing to? 3D studio max can open .dwg files. Although, you may have to 'SaveAs' in 2004 format in order for Max to open it.
