Need to identify vendors who convert from paper to CAD

I need to identify vendors, preferrably in the Washington, D. C./Baltimore area who convert paper architechtual/engineering drawings to fully compliant CAD files. In additions we need vendors who will digitize to DWG format.

I am totally new to this field (as you can probably tell) so any help is appreciated.

They may even know of someone in your area who does this type of work. I've used them in past to scan files.
