Inserting Images into AutoCad

I am trying to insert georeferenced TIF images into AutoCad that have a TFW file to georeference them. Does anyone know if I have to purchase Land Development Desktop to get this functionality?

8) If you are wanting to you use the TWF file to locate the image in true space then your best option will be LDD, otherwise you'll have to locate the image manually.
