Object like a Rhino's horn

I want to make a reducer elbow in 3D, like rhino horn.
but i am trying from many years even in the autocadeverything forum but nobody helped me.
I again make you all understand, there is a reducer elbow having the diameter of 50 at one end and the another end has 25 diameter, in 3D, how it will make,
Interested person can contact me through email to me for further clarification, i can send him 2D drawing for that elbow. Thank you

I think you can attach the *.dwg in this forum. Try it, but not in the 2007-version...

This thread was started back in January of 2007, so I doubt Mohammad is still looking for help. But if he is, the procedure is explained pretty well in aiki2000's link.
