Block Attributes with flyouts

Not sure what you mean. When you edit attributes you geta dialogue box for selecting attributes, but I guess this is not what you are referring to.

I want to be able to click the little down arrow and select a word. For example, I have made a title block with Attributes and we have several people submitting drawings to me. I would like to put them all into one field on a pull down menu and then when the attribute box pops up when in putting that block I can just select the name rather than type it in each time.
