Could you please offer advice on the following:

We have site drawings which have previously been printed out, but when I open them they display everything except the building walls.

I have checked to make sure all layers are on and that the view mode is PSPACE. All the drawings drawn from this particular company do the same.

I have had very little experience with autocad so please excuse my lack of knowledge. (We use Autosketch for most of our drawings)

Thanks

Mike

8) There are 2 possibilities for this....

1: The wall are part of drawing that reference into the drwing you are accessing....Type xref into the command prompt, in the dialog are there any drawing listed,,,,if so the you may nedd to repath the drawing location.

2: The wall were created in ADT which is a vertical platform of autocad using object technology and you may need to have object enablers installed on your machine.....you would need to find out what cad package the drawing was created in first.

Hope this helps.

Please keep us inform on your progress.

May sound silly but is the colour of the layer the walls are drawn on the same as the background on your screen thus rendering them invisible?
