Invalid Registered Apps

Does anyone know why when auditing a drawing ACAD almost stalls in between the first and second passes and finally comes back with an error: "Invalid Registered Application Name " ". "? How do I get rid of the application that i am sure is not used or necessary to the drawing?

Maybe: go into you internet option and uncheck the check for publishers revocation box under the ADVANCED tab under the security section
