Our engineers recently switched to Autodesk Inventor 11 (previously ver 10)

The engineers will save files as an AutoCad2000 dwg. using Inventor 11.

If I open this dwg in AutoCad LT 2002 and then try to wblock a part of the dwg
file, the saving wblock box does not pop up and nothing happens, nothing gets saved.

Inventor 10 did work properly with AutoCadLT. Also, if AutoCad2006 is used to open the dwg as saved by Inventor 11, wblock does work properly.

Is there a bug between AutoCadLT 2002 and Autodesk Inventor 11 ?

We are all using XP pro

thanks for any help

Follow up: I saved an Inventer 11 dwg drawing as an AutoCad R12/LT DXF file
and then using that file was able to get wblock to work properly. I tried save as with each type of file but this one is the only one that works.

So I guess I will just have to "save as" each dwg made with Inventer 11.
