zoom icon on standard toolbar

I am not able to use the zoom icon in the standard toolbar. When I hit the icon, I get the message "no flyout is associated with this button".
Also, I have created 3 flyout buttons in my attempt to get the zoom button activated. how can I delete these 3 buttons?

8) Right click on the toolbar and chose CUSTOMISE, then click on the button you wish to remove/edit....the you should be able to drag the button of the toolbar and drop it anywhere of the toolbar...this should remove it from the toolbar.

Have you tried reloading the autocad menu ?

Flyouts are associated with actual toolbars so there should be a ZOOM toolbar

Did you make the zoom button yourself ??
Otherwise it should work ...
If you made it yourself, you took a flyout and not a button .. :)
