I am not able to use my layer states manager! Is it me or the program. If I have two layers on top of one another, both in different layer states,
when I work on one layer while the other layer state is off, all other layers DISSAPPEAR! THERE'S NOTHING LEFT ON THE SCREEN WHEN I TURN ALL LAYERS BACK ON!

Sounds like your layer states are screwed up...

I would delete the layer states and redefine them....

Doesn't makes sense that a line would not be saved if it was drawn on screen... just sounds like the layer is off.....

And since you're working with LAYER States.... it sounds like your settings are screwed up....:cup:
