DWF ePlot.PCs Error

I'm trying to assist a colleague who is receiving the following error when trying to plot an autocad drawing :-

Autcad LT Warning
DWF ePlot.pc3: This plotter configuration cannot be used. Either the driver cannot be found, the device cannot be found, or the driver has a problem. The None plot device has been substituted.

I've never used Autocad in my life! Does anyone know what this error means?

Max,
it sounds like 2 things.....

either the PLOT DRIVER (PC3) has been moved
........or............
the folder where the plot driver is supposed to be at is missing....
To fix this ....
Type options
enter key

Go to the files tab...
Go to the plotter configurations tree folder.....
open the plotter support folder
and see which folder is it pointing to ....

Noww check that folder for that PC3 file...
If its not there find it and place it there....

Or point to the right folder in the search path .... inside AutoCAD.

Pretty much go back to the spot where you found the 1st folder and highlight it ... then click the browse button below and pick the right folder.

then save your settings.
