"Text:" missing

After the text style and angle have been entered in the Text Command the "Text:" word does not appear and the text as it is being entered does not appear in the Command Window.

What is the fix?

Check the size of the font....
Could it be the font is bigger than what your screen is zoomed....???
Or could it be that font is so small you need to zoom in....????
