Hi, existing on Autocad there are a few toolbars (The layers toolbar by example) where you can select from a pulldown menu to perform layer changes.
I would like to know what is required to create a pulldown like that and not one that simply has buttons with links to applications which I can do now. I've tried a number of books but they don't offer any solutions and I would greatly appreciate any help on the matter.
In turn I would also like to know how to have a program start when autocad is loaded and remain active "behind the scenes". The app would run all of the time that the file is loaded but without any options for the user to use. The app would just chronicle when the file is open, the duration of time it's opened for, who it's opened by etc etc. Any help on this matter would also be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Mike
