Text box problems!!!!

Im using AutoCad LT 2004

I have just changed operating systems from windows 2000 pro to XP pro

When i open the multiline text box & type the text is very faint, almost the same colour as the background of the text box, I have tried changing the colour settings in 'options' ie changed the work space colour etc but this has not worked, ive also changed the colour settings in windows but has not worked!

Any suggestions?

turn off screen font smoothing

Screen font smoothing is done at the O/S system settings, in case you were wondering. :wink:
