trouble opening 2004 LT drawings in 2005 Map

I am having issues opening some AutoCAD drawings. If they have
been created using 2004Lt, they will not open in 2005Map. Instead the
following error messages are displayed.

If you insert the drawing, into a blank autocad drawing, as a block what happens?
